It 'll be possible to searh 4 a file only among LAN or ADSL users?

No. You can of course carry out a search and then sort by the connection type column.

Note that this field is set by the user and therefore is not an accurate indication of their real connection in any way whatsoever.

I know it... but it's so difficult or it can be easy, making implementation of this feature?
This is a little feature that will make this program more fitable 4 many application

As far as I am aware, the protocol does not allow limiting of results in this way. Any sort of limiting that would happen would happen locally. You would still receive all the results.

There is already a feature request for this, so vote for it if you feel like it.

... to be honest, a much more advanced search, generally, is needed. eg: specifying an exact file extension with an "other" option because you still can't filter to image types.

ok i'll be honest... i've heard that there's a version of dc that admit this kind of search by connection; i use dc++ and i want it too!!!!!!!!!!! :cry:
It's possibile a search for type like ISO?? it's possiblie make a searching option for the most common program used? cdi, nrg and in general having a more specific (advanced) search? This program will be SO MUCH BETTER!

If you want only files with a .foobar extension, add .foobar to your search terms.
