How can I create a HUB?

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

That is all i ask. I tried to find an option in a DC++, but it seems I`m looking at a wrong place. What should I do?

DC++ is client software, not hub software. You are most certainly looking in the wrong place.

Look at the sticky thread in the Hubs and Scripts section (where this thread now lives).

thanks a lot! I already downloaded and made a hub, but from DC++ it connected but said that I don`t meet version requirements (latest version) and from neo modus DC (same hub software) i just get disconnected.

I made a hub by typing in my IP adress, and tried to connect from the same computer. Could that be a problem?

Do you have a hub up and running yet?

Most important
1. get some hub software ie; ynhub, verlhi hub etc. verlhi does not run on windows.
2. make sure your ip does not change if it does go to http://no-ip.com they will fix that.
3.Open ports on your router or firewall if you have one. go to http://portforward.com to learn more.
4. run your hub.

If anyone has any questions pleae email me @ [email protected] I was a newbie before and people helped me so dont be shy!

This is the second thread you've posted that in. I understand you're trying to be helpful, but this isn't the best way.

(plus, this thread is months old!)
