/getlist command not in readme

I was looking through the changelog and found /getlist, it works in 0.4034 but is not in the readme.
Must be some mishap, please include it next time.

And /rebuild is not documented either.

Every command is documeted in the help file.
The Readme is old and will probably not be worked on anymore and will at some time become (almost) obsolete.

Documentation feature requests in the future, should refer to the help file if it regards end-user help.

I looked there in the main pages before but didn't find them, I found them now in a secondary page.
So okey then.

The readme has a couple of pieces of information that may not be appropriate for the help file - notably the license of the software and credit for various components.

The rest of the readme's contents will eventually all end up in the help file, which will become more integrated with DC++ as it is expanded.
