"Select All" Feature in the Notepad

Post by Liet » 2003-07-05 11:16

Thats what id like to see in the next version of DC++, it shouldnt be that hard to impliment, i dont think, and hopefully it doesnt spark all sorts of controversy on the issue. And if CRTL+A could be binded to it, itd be even better.

oh, man, seriously

thanks a lot, but for the uninitiated, CRTL+A might be more obvious

ctrl-home ctrl-shift-end isn't custom to dc++ thou. Seems that Arnie somehow disabled ctrl-A as it should be a default windows function.

Ctrl-A is NOT a "default windows function". It must be recoded for every window/application. Note that this might not be the case if one uses high-level Microsoft GUI components, but when you use GUI components at the level that DC++ does, you do not get this function with the rest of the stuff.
