hub: one user is always kicked out

Post by Bieke2be » 2004-03-04 14:09

I'm running a small hub just for trading bussiness.
Neomodus Direct Connect hub software version: 1.0.25

Mostly there are no more than 5 users.
Non of them has problems entering etc.
Just one has, he always gets the message:
<AutoBot> You have not met the minimum share of 20 Megabytes. Please come back when you have that much data to share.

When he re-enters, sometimes he has no problems and other times, he's kicked out again. He's using the Neomodus DC.
All the other users are using DC++ (including myself.)

I running this hub with the default settings, no special scripts, no other soft.
I tried to look into the script, but there's nothing written.
What can i do to prevent my trader being kick out?
I'm not a very tech person, so if you have a solution please answer me step by step.

Thanks in advance,
Bieke

Make him switch to dc++ or atleast make him test if he got the problem with it to. Else it's a problem with the Neo-Modus client...

There's a problem somewhere even if he haven't met it as it works sometimes and sometimes not.

I don't ask a minimum share.

and he's sharing +10GB so that's more than enough.

You may not ask for a minimum share but Autobot does, which is why he gets kicked.

Open the script in Notepad:
This line sets the share size.

MinShareSize = 1024 ^ 2 * 200
Always remember you're unique, just like everyone else.
