How do I setup a hub while im behind a router???

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

i am behind a belkin router, and wen i create my hub, I an no else can connect 2 it, i have registerd an dun evrything nessasary, the only thing it cud be is my router, can sum 1 help me out with this 1 PLZZZ!!

REmember that the default hub port is 411.
