DC++ hub, again srry, can't find an answer ::s

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

hi, first, srry for my bad english, i'm not verry good @ it...
Now...i would like to start my own hub but i can't find anny descent info about it (not even on this site :p) sow i'll ask the questions in hope that someone is gonna help me out..now...
I've got ptokax runing...i tryd to make the hub "vieke.no-ip.com (first Q: do i need to register this somewhere? and do i need to pay for it? )
but when i try to connect to it on dc++ i get " unknow adres" how come ? is it cause i'm behind a router ? if sow, is there annyway to run a hub when behind a router?
plz help me out

best thing to do is read about it .
search this forum (it at the top of this page)
"create hub" will return planty of treads about it.
"router" will also return the needed answere.
"dns service provider" or "dynamic ip" for the no-ip thingy, and yes you need to register to no-ip, their basic service offer is free.

you need to open up the port for what the hub is running on. if u don't have a no-ip.com accound u can just put ur ip address in it and people can connect to ur ip address for a tempary time if u just want to get it set up.
