Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

mmhh, there are several ones.

First there is the neo modus one, but as it is written (as nmdc client) in vb, i dont like it. So i dont recommend you this one.

Then there is the dch++, which is under development and not yet available (referr to this forum for further info.

The one i'd recommend you is the ptokax one. I think it is the most popular one.
And it's easy to setup.

These hub softwares above are all windows. There are too some other clients of course, some for win some for linux/unix and some (?) for mac.

There should be a setting in the hub software somewhere that says something like "Automatically register hub".

I'm being vague about locations and names because you haven't actually said which hub software you are using.

IIRC, the options should be somewhere on the network settings page.

Also, IIRC that setting is enabled by default.
