Simple answer:

Try the search function above.
It's a really nice feature.
You'll find other threads that answer your question, as e.g. this one.

I did everything like I read. I have no router connect at the moment so the dsl modem is running straight into my computer. I did the no-ip thing.

Now is there something I am doing wrong can anyone connect to
superiornetwork.no-ip.info?

I just tried it and got "Connection Refused by Target Machine". Is the hub running?
Is your dynamic address up to date?

You have a DNS address "superiornetwork.no-ip.info". This maps to an IP address. Your DNS address is a dynamic DNS address because you have a dynamic IP address, e.g. it changes each time you connect to the internet.

The DNS name can only point to your *current* IP address if you keep the mapping updated. Hence my question.

You should have some software to update the DNS mapping.

FYI, I still get Connection Refused.

The picture shows that you have the Dynamic DNS software, but it doesn't actually answer the question I asked. Namely "Is your dynamic address up to date?"

The IP address in the screenshot (67.126.49.6), is that your current IP address? You can check that out by going to somewhere like www.whatismyip.com

Something else I have just noticed: The DNS name in the screenshot does not match the one you gave in your post. One ends in .com and the other ends in .info. Which is the correct one?

Also, can you connect to the hub yourself using the internal address (127.0.0.1)?

Yes I can connect to the server and the .com has been changed in both areas. As for the 67.126.49.6 that is the current one. I am on dsl connection so it doesn't change.

Can you connect to the hub via the external IP address?

That's all the standard stuff out of the way as far as I can remember. So ...

Can you check whether this is the IP address that your computer recognises. At a command line type ipconfig and note if there are any different IP addresses.

then try to remove the "1.000" in the "Min Client Version" and leave it empty.

I had the same problem, when I started up my hub about 2 years ago, but keeping the client version empty made it works

Either your ISP is doing NAT somewhere upstream or you DSL box has a builtin router and is doing NAT for you. You need to find out which and take appropriate action. Until then, you won't be able to run the hub using the 67.*.*.* address.
