I have opened a hub, and am using Channelbot V1.4d. Bot keeps kicking passive users, trying to find command to allow passive, I think it maybe something like !set allowpassive, but thats not quite right. Can anyone please help?

The command is "!set ALLOWPASSIVE on" ( without the 2 ") be sure to type ALLOWPASSIVE with as I have ( with big characters not small)
