Can't chat in the new ADC dev hub

Hey, anyone know why I am unable to chat in the dc dev hub (running ADC)

I'm using DC++ 0.689 downloaded today

Hell said he also was having difficulties chatting, he resolved it by restarting the client...

I cannot reproduce it, so you'll have to use the debugger with Visual Studio to figure it out. I'm suspecting that DC++ never moves into NORMAL, which was a bug before, but has been considered fixed for a few versions. The only reason that that state isn't set, is because DC++ haven't recieved its own INF. If you don't see yourself in the user list, this is the case. If you do, then the problem lies somewhere else (which without any further information on how to reproduce, nothing can be 'fixed').

Well restarting the client didn't work (when I first tried it).
Restarting the computer however did (maybe it just decided to work on that client restart for some weird reason).

I could always see myself in the user list, and others could see me.
