Problems with Direct Connect Hub v1 (max users: 1?)

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

Problems with Direct Connect Hub v1 (max users: 1?)

Post by daigostud » 2006-01-28 21:19

I've been hosting a private hub on DC++ for over a year now and use DC Hub v1 as my server software, though just recently for the first time started running into problems. I just bought a new computer and transferred everything over, and while I never had issues with the simple hosting program on my other computer, ever since i transferred it to this computer it wont allow me to set the max users to 500. It's stuck at 1. How do I fix this? It's quite annoying and with over 1000 registered users to my hub, ive been getting emails everyday from people wondering when the hub's gonna be back online! If anyone knows a quick fix or reason as to why it won't allow me to extend my max users past 1, please let me know!

Appreciate your time and suggestions.

I'd guess he was talking about Neo-Modus Direct Connect Hub v1.0.

Yes.

Not a very good choice nowadays - almost everyone and their mother runs YnHub.
