Having problems connecting to certain hubs - everything else seems to be working fine.
buffy.no-ip.info - Connection refused by target machine
buffy.asgards.org - Connection timeout
Both worked fine last week! Any help please?

I tried them and I got the same results as you, try some other hubs and later go back and try them again.
