i want make a "hub" on lan i need help!

Hi ..i ask a little help ..i want make a "server" on lan ...when i open dc++ to connect in mai lan .. but i don't know how can i make it ...i want use dc++ in lan with all lan members...can anyone tell me if it's posible ....thx
