i have been on dcplusplus for a while now and was wondering how do i create my own hub please help as im very interested in having my own hub but am in dia need of information relating to my subject thanks and all the best to us dc fanatic

thanks alot for your help i have made a hub and got my no-ip address but when i open the hub it says connection refused by target machine what is next step to resolve my problem

You have a router? If so, connect to 127.0.0.1 with the port number you're running the hub on.
