Creating an DC++ LAN Hub??

Sorry, I'm new here and I don't know if this post belongs in this section.
But anyway,

I have two computers at home,
Both are connected to each other.
And I want to download some files from the slow computer to the fast one.
But how do I create an LAN Hub?

Please help me here... :)
