Ops to register ops

I tried searching for script enabling operators to register operators or at least vips, but couldn't find but some massive general bot. So, maybe you could help?The lighter the script is, the better. It should be on vbs for nmdch. So please, maybe I'm blind or something, but let me know where I can find one.

nmdch1.* is somewhat outdated as a hubsoftware. It doesn't have any spam-protection to speak of. Example of such scripts were Freja/Athena. You can probably google your way to other scripts aswell.

Yes, nmdch is indeed an old hub software, and I don't intend to run that software. I said the script is for nmdch, but I'm going to use a translator to translate it to different software, because that uses vbs scripting too, but it isn't compatible with nmdch vbs scripts. Sorry if I'm lame, but maybe you could tell me for example a script site that has this script? Because I have no results though I've tried google. It may not be the possible way to search a one specific vbs script for dch.

If you're using ShadowDC hub you should check out their forum or their script tracker, they've got a lot of scripts there.

And there wasn't that script before, but now I found this topic "Registering users script request", dated May 05, 2004, today. Maybe I'll find something from there...
