can anyone help me and give me little software or smth to make own hublist with refresh on timer users count and etc from own txt hublsit

why do you want to make a hublist?
don't the others suffice?

not to be mean, but, the others that have a hublist can/have create(d) one by reading the specs.

that said, I'm not implying that you're not allowed to make your own hublist, or that there is no need for one, or that you should not recieve help with creating one. but a reason would be nice

i can say reason in my countru are some hubs and i make it only for those some hubs about 30 not more i dont want to compete with big hublists

excuse me im newbie in hublists i have VB6 Perl i think was in LinuX but where and how to use that funcion just make exe in VB copy script and go? it isnt so easy i think

EDIT: FYI, www.hublist.org allows you to filter hubs by country. You might want to check that out.

it is great but i was wondering anyone have ready version made in some exe file this great script for PHP or VB or C++!! im lamer in all these prgram can anyone share me one ready program of this wher just i need yo change ports etc... plizz help really
