User Description Tag

I want to make a default user description tag. So when they are in hubs it will say like this format

| UserNick | Description | Tag | Connection |
| Orion | Orion [6/6] | <++ ......> | DSL |

The [6/6] Would show how many hubs the user is in and how many ops they have in the hubs. I want to make that in the description. How would i go about that.
