Cant open the solutionfile(0.301)

Hi

When i try to open the solutionfile "DCPlusPlus.sln" i get the message
"The selected file is not a valid Visual Studio solution file"

Whats this?
Im using XP and VC7

I have no problems with version0.263 but this i cant even open!

Open .sln file, replace "Format Version 8.00" with "Format Version 7.00", open all .vcproject files, replace "Version="7.10" with "Version="7.00" and that's all

Open VC .Net (2002) and load the .sln file.
