Ok, so I have about 20 gigs pure mp3's... about 2 gigs of porn... all the video files are at the minimum 100Mb. All the pics are renamed to description and some in the WinMX temporary folder which aren't renamed.
So I use WinMX earlier on and download some pics. When I go to a DC++ hub it eventually kicks me because it said I have child porn... so I recheck everything to make sure i'm not wrong and can't find anything to warrant that. So then I realise that one of the pictures has:
"X Jennifer Lopez NUDE!!! (not fake) Girls Porno Gay Adult..." and A LOT amount of words later which have things like "incest" and "preteen".
Now not only is this NOT child porn (it is JLO nude though), this is the only real reason I can see the admin deciding I have child porn... he didn't even give a filename to pinpoint the culprit. Is this fair? I do not have child porn, I cannot access the hub anymore, no right to reply, I don't have the admins name or remember the hub anymore which I should of recorded. And porbably this info has been passed onto other hubs and I can't access them either now. Do admins get brownie points for detecting people and kicking them off... after all it makes them look like they're doing their jobs, all they have to do is look at something and decide for themselves without means testing, even worse on the testimony of another user without means-testing.
Is this fair? If so what can I do about it?
