Yes! I have searched the web. I just wanted to know if any of you C++ gurus would recommend any forums that discuss programming, in general. I would prefer a beginner/intermediate level, but I know that most of you guys are rather experienced and would probably recommend something more involved.
Oh yeah, btw, I know that there is a programming forum on the DC++ forum page. I was looking for others.

Code Project isn't really a forum, but they're useful.
Don't underestimate on-topic mailing lists (the ATL ones for example)... or Usenet. There are is a ton of reference material there.
I think web forums are kinda the anti-programmer. Vapid discussion, short posts, leet speak, pointless images. At least, that's what the majority of forums seem to be
