And why would the programmer need experience with visual studio 2003?
Everyone is supposed to download from the hubs, - I don´t know why, but I never do anymore.

newest DC++ uses VS 2005 i believe, but such a thing can be written in any language or development environment you want i think...
even Java with BlueJ :shudders:

Read: Compile.txt from the source. It will tell you.

havent looked in the DC++ source much lately =)
but i guess compile.txt didn't change between DC++ en BCDC
