Directory reference in ADL search

Post by WolfmanProper » 2004-03-31 15:25

I would really appreciate a directory reference in the ADL search result list. At least a column with the directory of the file, but even better, a pop up menu item with a "Go to directory" function. In large filelists that would really be nice!

Seems somewhat reasonable.....but have you tried the find button in the downright corner of the filelist ?

I know this feature was in 0.306. It has seemed to have dissapeared from 0.401  Sure would be nice to have it back.

It's there for me, you're sure you're not just overlooking it?

the find button is kinda stupid, why make DC++ search for something when it could easily know where it is?

Yes, I do understand that this is not the primary function for that searchbutton. Unfortunately I haven't found the function joakim_tosteberg refers to but I'll look into it.

In Theory, there is no difference between Theory and Practice. In Practice, there is.

Agreed. Why removing such a useful function?
