Min. download speed function

I am downloading a 2 cd game each file 700mb and i have 8mbit download speed, the problem is that with that many mirrors there are always people with speeds of 1kb/s and i hafto sit and close the connections in hope a faster one will replace it, can't there be a minimum speed function in dc++ ?

like DCC in irc has

i would love it if dc++ could automaticly close the people not giving more than a few kb/s.
