When you make a search and you chouse a file it will be nice to have possibility to "select all the same " in the list for dowloading them to the same file

It sounds like you're describing the existing Download To > context submenu. When all the file sizes match (and perhaps file types), the Download To > [existing target] option becomes available.
It may even work without having an existing file, but you should check your queue to make sure you're not downloading duplicates.
