How about if the already started files start first?:)
Hi!
The situation is the following:
I'm downloading for example an album, that contains several files. For example I'm downloading Track1.mp3. Then I disconnect for some reason, so the download stops, then I go back, and DC++ starts downloading Track2.mp3 instead of continuing Track1.mp3. This is not really good because I like my harddisk the most non-fragmented as it can be, and anyhow, it's more logical to finish what we've already started than start the next one and download the first as last. So...see the problem? :)
Best regards,
gLes

This has been discussed before on the boards. Usually, people cite wanting complete files faster, not fragmentation, as a reason.

Again true. Then anybody wants to write the code?:)GargoyleMT wrote:Well, if it gets coded, it may be an option. Or may be a non-customizable behavior. It's all up to whoever writes the code (eventually).
I myself unfortunately don't know the first thing about C (only Pascal:)), but I'd do it myself if I could, really :))) The algorythm practically has already been written on the boards, I think :)

One might think so. BitTorrent++, however, is in Python.spamfritter wrote:Clues in the name
