minimum share limit for other people do dl from me?

I was online the other day in my hub and realized that a bunch of people werent sharing any files at all and downloading tons of files from me. I was wondering if there was any plugin/way to set up a minimum share limit so that people sharing less that lets say 4 gigs could not download from me. I know that people hosting the hubs can set a limit but they decided that 20 megs was enouh which I think is lame so I woudl just like to know if there is any hope for my frustrations.

Why not just move to a hub that has a higher minimum share?

Only go to hubs with min 4gig, problem sorted.

this is the main hub at my university...i was just wondering if i coudl change this for myself but i guess not...im going to go eat and cry

You could speak to the hub owner and get them to raise the minimum share level. Or perhaps have a number of tiered hubs, each with a different share minumum. Or you could just start your own 4GB hub.

There are always options.
