File List by User in Queue

Is there a way or can there be a way to list users in the DL Queue and what files you are attempting to DL? Instead of just by file/folder name.

Thanks, yes, a number of people have asked for a "view download queue by user" in addition to the current "view download queue by file" method.

also many users have asked for the nmdc-way to prioritise files, is that in the feature request tracker?

I'm not sure, I know I've seen the request. You can search the request tracker as easily as I can.
