Min download speed

Please add this to DC++!

I need to be able to set a min download speed limit since to many users seem to use uploadlimiters and I end up with downloads with an average speed of 1-2 k's. It would be great if it was possible to set a min download to lets say 5 k's and every download that goes below is disconnected and if it gets reconnected for lets say 5 times the user is removed from the queue.

If you had actually checked the Features section you would have found the following thread:

It has the *exact* same name as your one and is on the *first* page in the Features section!
