Favorite hubs, divide in catagories

Post by Wisp » 2003-06-09 13:12

Isn't it a good idea to make catagories in the favorite hub window, similar to the FlashFXP site manager

In that way, you could also make it possible to connect to multiple hubs the same time, by clicking on an item with subitems

(like in the screenshot above: if you click on 'commercial sites', it would connect to Adobe, American Online, etc etc)

The second suggestion is to make an option to refresh all the hubs, so that it gives the most actual information about the hubstatus (how many users, it is full or not, is it still alive, etc)

And another small thing, i like to have drag & drop support for the hub window, so that you can drag a hub to the favorite window instead of right-click, add

Whether this is useful or not would depend on how many hubs you have in favourites, wouldn't it?

How many do you have?

I like the Idea

Personally, I switch between a lot of hubs too, and would like to see a categories feature, but it should be an option, so that if you don't use it, it won't take up part of the screen.

Sounds like a decent feature to me...I'm starting to get way too many hubs (from networks) in my favorites to keep track of easily.
