video preview

excuse me if this is trivial question but i'm newbe here
whats the name of soft wich allows to view video preview for those video files what are currently in downloading progress whithaut stoping download?

You can use AviPreview, only does avi's though.

Without stopping the download? That would be tricky, as usually if the file is being appended, it is locked and therefore you cannot access it. Though I may be wrong about that ...

It also depends on what type of video you are talking about. AVI? MPG? RM? MOV? etc

Yes with Avipreview it will play while you are still downloading, try it, its good, but only for avi's.
