Segament Downloading

It would be very good if segament downloading could be achived when users with a file that matches that are in a hub at the same time could be downloaded from each of those users, pretty much like getright download manager. This would be MUCH better and quicker instead of skipping to different users 1 at a time when multi downloads can be acheived.
