Web interface
It would be great to have the possibility to access at least basic functions via a web interface. I suppose this could be done by adding some kind of API to the DC++ client, and the actual web interface could be written by someone else in php etc.

No, I was not thinking of a new client, but a way of controlling the existing DC++ client over the internet via a web browser. That way I could search for files and start downloads from anywhere, all I would need was internet access and a web browser. I could also let friends with only a dial-up connection use my client for their large downloads.
NOW NOW NOW! I need this *g*
I am student, and with the WEB-Interface i would get the chance to search the files i wanna, and download them at home (controlled by the Web-Interface)!
But there is a Web-Based DC Client *shitlostthename* AX... *sorry dont know anymore* (But this was very ALPHA)
(Sorry 4 my english)
