http-proxy username and password

Hi,

In the settings dialog, on the downloads tab you can specify a http proxy to be use when downloading the public hub list.

However

It's not posible to specify a username and password for proxy authendication. I think that would be a useful (and easy to implement) feature.

If you feel that there is no room for any aditional textboxes you could consider something like
http://username:password@proxy:port

That was in "help" asking if there was such a feature, this is "features" sugesting the feature because it wasn't there...

...but I apologice if I made you read _all that text_ twice.
