Segment downloading

Cant you add the funktion segment downloading yhat divide a file in difrent files so you can download the same file from meny users at the same time. that wood fix the problem whith alot of users have a file but no speed.

Hehe, kind of unable to work on pDC without a motherboard... ;) Crashes are not nice, I'll fix it "some fine day" as the Creator said... ;)
