Queue Management & User Ranking

Post by Quidam » 2004-11-09 15:26

Two features I've dreamt of enough to finally come here and post them:

1)

I wish it were easier to tell when an entire folder has been downloaded and removed from my queue. As it stands now, I have to compare my download follder with my queue- with a long queue, this can grow quite cumbersome.

Proposed: Having a folder defined for temporary FILES, a folder defined for temporary FOLDERS, and a download folder the completed folders get moved to.

Is there a better way to handle it than that? Does no one else feel the need?

2)

Sure would be nice if I could open up a tab that listed all the users I've downloaded from or uploaded to this session along with their- and this is key- average transfer rate, both for upstream and down. This info could be saved for favorite users.

Sometimes connections fulctuate and I'd love to have a more accurate picture of a connection so I know who to browse and who to remove from my download queue as a lost cause.
