Color of progressbar in status field varies by speed.

High download speed gives a blue bar, just like today, lower speed gives a color towards red.

This would make it easy to quickly spot slow connections.

Two settings may be required:
- upper color - all speeds above this gives a clean blue bar
- lower color - all speeds below this gives a red bar

Download speeds between the two configured speeds gives a color between blue and red, proportional to the speed.
