Multiple Download URLS

Post by Noctaeon » 2004-08-20 13:47

I would like to request the feature of a Hierarchy of Download URLs

A separate Tab dedicated only to Hublists arranged in Order from Whichever one is Most stable to whichever one is least stable
Allowing you to enter multiples.

Scenario:

Http://www.hublist.org/PublicHubList.config.bz2 is Down 50 times a week
I want to have
http://www.netconnexions.co.uk/dc/publi ... ig.txt.bz2
http://www.imperialnet.org/PublicHubList.config.bz2
http://www.1stleg.com/PublicHubList.config
http://www.mds.mdh.se/~dtv01jbd/PublicH ... config.bz2
http://www.team-ppm.com/~dawson/PublicHubList.config
http://freespace.morat.net/WUKY/PublicHubList.config
http://www.neo-modus.com/PublicHubList.config
http://finhublist.no-ip.org/PublicHubList.config
http://hublist.no-ip.com/hublist
http://cdinfo.org/PublicHubList.config
IN A LIST TO JUST Pick which ones and you should be able to add and delete them as they die or go unstable
Thanks,

why not just separate all the URLs with semicolons so if one fails it tries the next once you hit refresh?

Yes, very nice, I'm all for it :)
