support for /me command

I've seen that this is implemented in some DC++ mods (oDC e.t.c.) and I think that it would be nice.

There are 2 things:
1. DC++ could have the option built-in
2. It could "let" scripts use the /me command

There are scripts available for other DC++ mods, but they don't work with DC (in main chat it displays "/me is doing something", instead of "*** jabarlee is doing something". In pms, it just cuts everything that is after /me, displaying just "me")

Have in mind that are projects relaying DC hubs and IRC servers, so something like that would be very usefull in these cases

There was an old request for this in the Sourceforge Tracker but since that has been replaced by Bugzilla it would be a good idea to create your feature request there.

Interestingly, one of the reasons against it was that only DC++ client could see it, as of now, DC++ is one of the few clients that don't support /me in Chat and PM's. It is an added feature in almost all mods of DC++
