I would liek to see moore copy details, like: path, filename, tag, connectiontype etc etc

Some of those variables are available already in User Commands.

I am familliar with the "old" user commands but not the "copy" part

Try using this as a Raw command, works in User and Search menu.
$To: %[mynick] From: %[mynick] $<%[mynick]> %Y%m%d %H:%S >> User stats on %[nick] - Tag: %[tag] - Desc: %[description] - E-mail: %[email] - Share: %[shareshort] (%[share] bytes) - IP: %[ip] - File: %[file]|
IP is only available if the hub supports it. File only available from Search menu.

You can't copy them, but assuming you're going to kick someone, or do some automated action, User Commands will fit your bill. The variables are all described in that dialog where you create the UC..
