For the heavy user...
It would be nice to have the ability to switch drives automatically when space runs out.
i.e.
D:\down is the current location for downloads
D:\incomming is the current location for incoming downloads
when this drive runs out of room it should automatically switch to E: for both down and incomming directories.
E:\down
E:\incomming
The reason for this is that when one runs out of room one can manually move a specific file/folder (but not the root directory) to another drive. The problem with this is that the incomming is still set to the other drive which means that when you switch a file/folders directory/drive location it still downloads first to the incomming folder and then copies to the final location.
I know that i can do direct downloads to a location but i prefer not to do so.
Perhaps a way of having a list of incomming/down pairs ??
Is this a good idea or just plain dumb ????

Re: automatic drive switch when one runs out of space ???
I pay attention to what I download and how much space I have free. I think other people should do the same. If you're downloading more than you have room for, that strikes me as... bad.drezilla wrote:Is this a good idea or just plain dumb ????

Use %[targetdrive] (it's explained in the help file).drezilla wrote:The problem with this is that the incomming is still set to the other drive
