When you delete all the files inside a folder in the download queue, the folder itself is also deleted. Is it possible to make an option to disable this behaviour? Sometimes it's handy to have a particular folder structure, but to download the containing files from another user.
Another related feature request is to be able to download to a directory which is not yet made, but do exists in the download queue.

Can you give an example of when having just the folder structure but none of the files, is useful?
Couldn't you just examine the folder structure in the other user's file list and just manually create it? Why go through the trouble of queueing it/deleting it?

another usefull feature would be drag&drop support inside the download queue (or from search window to download queue)
don't know if this is already suggested, couldn't find it in the forum search

The queue is currently file-oriented - the tree hierarchy in the Download Queue is all done with smoke and mirrors. You could put it in bugzilla and see if it gets voted on enough to be automatically approved.
Your other suggestions are worthy of bugzilla as well.
