u can use kazaa in conection with http-tunnel...
i am not sure if you can use dc++, but it might work with the new version of http-tunnel.. (newer versions sopport UDP and TCP)
but there is a monthly fee on the broadband connection, if you use the proggi for free you are limited to 5 kbps, which is not very useful..

It can be done. Get a copy of SocksChain find a socks or http proxy to tunnel through and your done. Will take a little setup. SocksChain is one of the few socks proxies that supports socks5 which is what dc++ needs.
