I have responded to your PM.

There is a thread about DC++k in the "Other Tools" section.

I don't know exactly why it's allowed, but it might be due to me being a kind and nice person, or it might be because it kinda helps people with the infamous "maxing upload means less download" problem, as well as containing some small fixes for other problems. <-- shameless plug.

But I don't know, maybe it is because I am arnetheduck's evil twin - who knows?

I'm curious sarf. Why did you get rid of the useful OP-like tools in DC++k?

Well... some of them was incorporated (well, kinda...) into DC++ (custom commands), and the others were quite instable (not to mention a pain in the neck to add back into DC++ all the time). Also, there are people which are working on tools that do the same thing as DC++k did before - I'll probably snatch the code from then and tinker a bit with it when they are done. That way I can hopefully get a more stable version of the "OP-tools". Something I have been thinking about is an automated filelist/share size checker, but that's still on the drawing board.

I listened to your complaint, OLDoMiNiON, and thus made the fakeshare-checker people have asked for... hope you like it.

Go here to see what's new and where to download it.

Nice one, works great!
Hmm, do you recon you could built auto kick into that (optional)?
and also specified file checking, so it checks the filelists for certain file names, and flags them up too?

Auto kick is now on my todo list... and I have some special options on the property page currently.

unfortunatley Sergiu
jtav is right, many of us hubowners agree
although. DC++K is saving face a little, by binding the ups and downs together, i would still kick and ban you out of our hubs if you got caught using such tools.
the original DC++ should stay as it is.
