Major problem

Where to start?
Yesterday my ISP updated my service from a 2.5/0.8 to a 8/1 connection. And now everything works exept my fulDC.
I can connect to a hub and users can upload from me but I cant download, cant search and cant get filelists.
In the update I got a dynamic IP insted of a locked. First I tried to put in the new IP by numbers under settings, did't work. Then I got a no-ip and tried with that, did't work. Then I turned of my firewall, nothing. And as a last desperat attempt I re-installed my fulDC software...
I'm clueless what to do?

...and on top of it all I get *** Connection reset by server all the time. Something I rarely got before.

This is the DC++ board, so we only support DC++, not clients based on it.
