Linux and active mode

I have Zyxel adsl modem with NAT. I have configured it like this: http://www.dslreports.com/faq/9103
However, active mode isnt working. Im using Ubuntu Breezy Linux.

Have you got firestarter or something like that installed? Linux DC++ worked fine when I tried it 6 months ago.

Has your external IP changed since you configured your router? Or does your internal IP change?
(I use Linux DC++ with a router so it can be done :))

No firewalls and internal ip is permanent, i think :D

But you have to fill in the external IP, or use a no-ip.com DNS along with the DUC which always gets resolved by the client on startup.

Fill in the external IP (preferably a no-ip DNS), make the portforward and it must work. The external IP/DNS is not a choice, it's a must. :)
