NAT + blocked ports (cca 20 ports free)

Hi all.
Im now on new College. But our admin block all port except cca 20 port like 8080, 80, 21, 20, 21, 22, ...

And im behind NAT too.

So how can i fix it?

I have found socks2http but its only on 5kb/s

can enyone give my some help? please please

They aren't blocking ports as much as they are throttling on the packet layer. There is no way around that besides using a http proxy, which I see you have already discovered. When you do that, you're using up someone elses bandwidth, which costs money. So either pay whatever proxy service you're using or live with the 5kbps.

i have friend on other college and bandwidth is no problem
so i can run proxy.

but im lama so can enyone give me some link or some help how to run proxy and how to configure and witch program to use as client? ia found http tunnel but ist limited to 5kbps.

so i need program to run proxy.
