hi all,
I'm behind the proxy server and administrator is blocking ports for DC++. I've heard
that it's possible to bypass the firewall by the program called Httport -
http://www.htthost.com/download.boa
Could anyone of you advise me how I should configure it.
Thx.

that'll will only work if you run have a dsl enabled computer at home that you can run the other part of the program, htthost, on.
if you have this you'll have to setup your home firewall to allow incoming connections to htthost. you'll have to use the socks proxy on httport. if you dont have a static ip you'll have to run a dynamic domain name such as no-ip otherwise you'll have to keep remembering the ip address.
if you have bog standard dsl 256k upstream it wont be very fast cos you have to remember the upstream has to upload to the hub and upload the downloads to you at work.
there's lots of other possible problems too. takes a lot of fiddling. and it's possible the firewall/proxy at work will still block it.
