No Simultaneous download

Simultaneous downloads not working (bins) although other (avi's) alright. Download limits set at 0 (both), v306F and active.
Search finds lots of downloads but transfers only one at a time. Status remains connecting or timeouts but if user is closed it connects from another. Any solution?

306F sounds like a version of RMDC++. Go away.
